INSTRUCTIONAL SCHEDULE AND EXPECTATIONS• Student Expectations:

INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPLIESTeachers are putting together curriculum materials and supplies for you to pick up for your student by appointment the first week of school.
Teachers may also send out a list of suggested supplies for students at home.
Please contact us if you need any of the suggested supplies and we will do everything we can to support you!
FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOLParents will sign up for an appointment with their student’s teacher to come on campus for a “meet and greet” with their teacher. This is the t ime when students will also pick up their curriculum, materials, and any supplies from the teacher from their classroom. Those students whose parents requested a laptop will also visit the MPR to check out a laptop.
In addit ion to meet ing each student individually, teachers may also be zooming with the class to build those classroom relat ionships, set expectat ions, and explain procedures for learning.

LOGISTICAL INFORMATIONClass placement was determined by your choice of learning done through your annual re-enrollment: traditional, scheduled virtual, or flexible.
Teachers will be sending out welcome emails on Thursday, August 13th between 3:30-4:30 PM with links to sign up for meet and greet appointments the first week of school.
A “walking route” map designed to manage traffic and crowds will be included in that welcome email to be followed during week one appointments. To minimize traffic, please have only one parent accompany the student to his/her meet and greet.

Meal ServiceMeal Service will be provided at the following sites:Fancher Creek, Miramonte, Nelson, Pinedale, Sierra Vista, T-K, Tarpey, Weldon, Gateway, Cole, Dry Creek, Clark Kastner, and all High Schools.The number for meals served will be reviewed regularly and sites may be adjusted.Bus Drivers will deliver to select stops. Stops will be in the same areas as last year.Meal Service will be from 6:30 AM - 8:30 AMStudents who qualify for free/reduced lunch (application was in annual re -enrollment) will receive a no cost meal at any of the above sites.Students who do NOT qualify for free/reduced lunch will need to add funds to their Student Connect lunch accounts.All meals will be served via drive up. Students will be provided with a breakfast and lunch each day. Students do not need to be present to obtain a meal, BUT parents must bring identification for their student(s). A school ID or Parent Connect printout will be accepted.

Office Student Art Gallery: YES! Monthly themes will be sent out to all students for voluntary electronic submissions of student created art (digital or otherwise). STAY
