I hope that all of you had done an excellent WINTER-2018 GTU Exam that the end

of academic term which was positive.

Welcome to the New Academic Term!

I am excited to begin our new term together as we work in corporation to ensure

every student at College wood is actively engaged in a rigorous learning experience

while developing social-emotional skills that will foster resilience, perseverance,

empathy and the ability to collaborate and communicate in a diverse learning and

work community.

I believe my role as an educator is to guide and nurture the next generation to

establish skills to achieve health, respect, prosperity and fulllment. I am passionate

about students being empowered to succeed. As Principal, I use all tools available to

inspire staff, students and community to work together to promote student

achievement and well-being.

We look forward to the 2018-2019 New Year with excitement, condence, hope,

and very high expectations for students and staff alike.

“New Year, New Thinking!”

Welcome to the Dec 2018 Issue No. 13 of the Noble E-News E-Magazine, the

college magazine of Noble Group of Institutions - Junagadh.

Before looking ahead, however, I would like to offer a word of thanks to our

readers, our contributors, our editorial board and our management for their

unconditional support.

I wish all the luck in this new year for all students of NGI and across GTU and

request to be individually responsible in life.

This E-magazine is intended to be published four times in a year. This 13th issue is

a brief account of the important events which includes curricular and co-curricular

activities held up to Dec 2018 from Sept 2018.

1. AVSAR Youth Festival 2018 in association with Bhakt Kavi Narsinh Mehta University

Noble Group of Institutions Junagadh had hosted Bhakt Kavi Narsinh Mheta University's 2nd YOUTH FESTIVAL "AVSAR"- 2018 on October 8 & 9, 2018 at campus.Thousands of students of 182 BKNMU afliated colleges from 4 districts (Junagadh, Porbandar, Gir-Somnath and Devbhumi Dwarka) were participated in 31 different events and competitions.

2. A Private Preview of “Khamma Gir Ne”

Aapdu Junagadh in association with Khamma Gir Ne Foundation has organized a Private Preview of Khamma Gir Ne, a documentary of the untold story of 1000 Lions living with Humans at Noble Group of Institutions. This preview is limited to the nal year students of Noble Group of Institutions and the Media fraternity of Junagadh only. We are proud to be the host for this preview in our campus!

3. Blood Donation Camp

"Your Blood can save Lives”

As a part of the NSS Activity, Noble Group of Institutions in association with Junagadh Government Hospital had organized Blood Donation Camp on National Voluntary Blood Donation Day on Oct 1 which is celebrated every year to emphasis on the need and importance of blood in the life of an individual.

Noble Group of Institutions had organized a Grand Navratri Celebration for all the students on the college campus. The celebration was followed by the Price Distribution for Prince and Princesses and the Well-dressed categories. All students of NGI campus have enjoyed the event.

5. Gurupurnima Celebration by CE/IT Department

The Gurupurnima Function was organized on 27th July, 2018 at 02:40 PM in Classroom by students of CE/IT Department. In the initiation of the program, Principal of Noble Group of Institutions Dr. Vipul Vekariya had given a speech on Guru Purnima and explain importance of Guru in life. After that all enjoyed a delicious cake at the end of celebration.

6. Seminar on “Career Guidance" by Xpert Lab

The career Guidance seminar was organized by CE/IT department on 11th July 2018. It was for the 5th and 7th semester students. The seminar was guided by Xpert-Lab faculties. The seminar was attended by 80+ Students and 5 Faculty Members. Seminar was about how to choose career and related technologies to realize their potentials to create a just society and get in touch with today’s changing global marketplace trends and tomorrow’s career opportunities.

7. Project Exhibition organized by Electrical Engineering (Diploma)

Diploma electrical engineering Department has organized PROJECT EXHIBITION of Final year students. The main aim of this Exhibition is to improve the practical knowledge, technical problem solving capability, creativity, innovative ideas, digitalization, renewable resource knowledge, energy conservation knowledge of students.

1. The students of 3rd & 5thsemester were taken to ground on da ted 07/07/2018 for real establishment of foundation on ground & they were explained in details regarding 3-4-5 method & on next day they have done this work individually on ground.

2. The students of the 7th semester of degree civil engineering department have arranged the visit of extension of “A” building of Noble Group of Institutions on dated 28-06-2018 for their practical knowledge of execution of work.

3. Diploma Electrical Department Arrange one day Picnic for Enjoyment and Refreshment of Students in Mandvi City. Students Enjoy a lots of fun in this picnic.
