Method of working
Initially mentor invites protg over a cupof tea in an informal environment
Later the protg regularly meets with his
queries, doubts, and personalobservations
It is a meeting between the two persons
mentor and protg which is there tohelp the protg to excel Personal guidance and counselling

Evaluation of mentor protg
Both give feedback to each others They are also evaluated on the basis of their ability to

protg Protg should select his mentor and approach the
mentor with a request to guide and support him andmentor is evaluated on the basis of his ability to givesupport and guidance
Mentor has to be particularly careful and guidestudents in ethics, responsibility, conduct, culture etc.
