Informations pratiques saignement, que faire?
• Saignement mineur (épistaxis, ecchymose, ménorragie) : méthodes contrôle local, si inefficace peut sauter 1-2 doses et reprendre à dose réduite si indiqué
• Saignement modéré (HDH ou HDB) : cesser anticoagulant et traiter le saignement si possible, transfuser si anémie
• Saignement majeur ou menaçant la vie : cesser anticoagulant, transfuser si anémie, traitement aggressif de la cause du saignement (pas d'effet du plasma ou cryoprécipité)
