En voici quelques-uns qui pourront vous simplifier la vie.
Word
Déterminez les marges minimales de votre imprimante
Toutes les imprimantes vous imposent une marge minimale entre le texte et le bord du papier. Cesmarges diffèrent pour chaque imprimante. Vous ignorez ces valeurs pour la vôtre ? Inutile de faireplusieurs essais : déroulez le ruban Mise en page et cliquez sur Marges, Marges personnalisées.Saisissez 0 comme valeur des quatre marges et cliquez sur OK. Un message apparaît : cliquez sur lebouton Corriger automatiquement. Les marges minimales s'affichent alors.
Accédez aux propriétés du document
Les propriétés avancées permettent en un coup d'œil d'obtenir des informations sur les datesd'enregistrement du document, les mots-clés ainsi que les statistiques associés. Pour les rendrefacilement accessibles, cliquez sur Office, et choisissez Options Word, Personnaliser. Sélectionnezdans la première liste déroulante : Commandes non présentes sur le ruban et dans la liste juste endessous Propriétés avancées du document. Vous y trouverez beaucoup d'autres commandes cachées. Àvous de les explorer ! Cliquez sur Ajouter puis sur OK. L'icône apparaît dans la barre d'accès rapide, touten haut à gauche de la fenêtre.
Escamotez les marges
Le mode d'affichage Page est pratique car il vous montre la feuille telle qu'elle sera imprimée. Mais lesmarges haute et basse réduisent l'espace consacré à la frappe. Masquez-les ! Placez le point d'insertionsur la ligne grise horizontale qui sépare deux pages. Dès que le curseur prend la forme de deux flèchestête bêche, double-cliquez : les marges s'effacent. Double-cliquez pour les rétablir.
Créez du faux texte
Dans un document Word vierge, tapez =rand(x, y) puis validez (x et y sont des nombres entiers). Parexemple, avec =rand(2,6), Word écrit automatiquement deux paragraphes de six phrases chacun. Cestextes sont issus de l'aide Word. Le seul intérêt est de permettre, par exemple, le remplissage d'unemaquette de journal avec du faux texte. Une variante : en tapant =lorem(2,3) vous obtenez du faux latin(lorem ipsum dolor…) bien connu des typographes.
Créez un document sur un modèle choisi
Normalement, quand vous créez un nouveau document, ce dernier est formé sur le modèle Normal.dotx.Si vous avez créé un autre modèle, par exemple Factures.dotx, vous pouvez, au démarrage de Word,créer automatiquement un nouveau document sur ce modèle. Pour cela, faites Windows + R, tapezwinword/t suivi (sans espaces) du chemin d'accès complet à votre modèle, par exemplewinword/tc:\ModèlesPro\Facture.dotx.
Calculez une expression simple
Word cache une calculatrice ! Dans le menu Fichier, cliquez sur Options, puis Personnaliser le ruban.Dans le volet droit, cliquez sur Accueil, puis sur Nouveau groupe. Sélectionnez Nouveau groupe, cliquezsur Renommer, choisissez une icône et un nom (Calcul) et cliquez sur OK. Dans le volet gauche, déroulez laliste Commandes courantes et choisissez Toutes les commandes. Dans la liste qui s'affiche, sélectionnezOutils Calculer. Cliquez sur Ajouter>> puis sur OK. Sélectionnez maintenant une expression, par exemple12*(3+4) et cliquez sur le bouton Calcul. Le résultat (ici 84) s'affiche dans la barre d'état en bas àgauche.
Excel
Utilisez le formulaire
Vous consulterez plus facilement une base de données si tous les champs d'une fiche sont placés dans unemême fenêtre. Or, le Formulaire d'Excel XP et 2003 semble avoir disparu d'Excel 2010. Pour lerécupérer, il suffit d'ajouter l'icône Formulaire à un groupe personnalisé du Ruban (lire l'astuce Word-Calculez une expression simple ci-dessus). Enfin, sélectionnez une ligne de la base de données et cliquezsur cette icône.
Augmentez le nombre d'annulations
Pour pouvoir annuler plus de 16 opérations, tapez Windows + R, saisissez Regedit et validez. Déroulez lesclés HKEY_CURRENT_ USER, Software, Microsoft, Office, 1x.0 (selon la version), Excel, Options.Déroulez le menu Édition, Nouveau, Valeur DWord. Nommez la nouvelle valeur UndoHistory. Double-cliquez dessus : cochez la case Décimale et saisissez le nombre d'annulations souhaité (maximum 100).Validez par OK et relancez Excel.
Dupliquez vers le bas… sans déraper
Pratique, la poignée de recopie ! Elle permet de copier une cellule sur ses voisines du dessous. Il suffit,pour l'activer, de « tirer » vers le bas la petite croix noire qui apparaît lorsque le curseur est en bas àdroite de la cellule. Mais dans une colonne assez longue, vous risquez fort de « déraper » sur la colonnevoisine ou de vous retrouver mille lignes plus loin, surtout si vous faites glisser le pointeur de celluleshors de l'écran. Solution : lorsqu'apparaît la petite croix, ne la faites pas glisser mais double-cliquezdessus. La formule se duplique vers le bas aussi loin qu'il y a des données dans la colonne voisine.
Multipliez les formats dans une cellule
Rien ne vous oblige à donner à tous les caractères d'une cellule le même format (police et taille decaractères, couleur…). Double-cliquez sur la cellule, sélectionnez à la souris un ou plusieurs mots etappliquez-lui un format, puis appuyez sur Entrée. Seule restriction : vous ne pouvez appliquer qu'unecouleur de surlignage à toute la cellule.
Saisissez un contenu identique dans plusieurs cellules
Pour écrire un nombre, un texte ou une formule dans toutes les cellules d'un champ, sélectionnez cechamp, tapez le contenu commun et validez par Ctrl + Entrée.
Basculez entre les classeurs ouverts
Vous avez ouvert plusieurs classeurs simultanément. Pour les faire défiler, plutôt que Alt + Tab qui vousferait passer en revue toutes les fenêtres Windows ouvertes, utilisez plutôt Ctrl + Tab : vous ne ferezdéfiler que vos classeurs.
Insérez la date ou l'heure
Vous voulez mettre la date dans une cellule ? Tapez Ctrl + ; et validez. L'heure ? Tapez Ctrl + : etvalidez. Attention ! les chiffres insérés ne seront pas actualisés.

Adobe Reader 9 : écrivez sur un formulaire
Nombre de documents administratifs sont disponibles sous forme de fichiers PDF. Si vous devez lesremplir en plusieurs exemplaires ou les conserver dans vos archives, vous gagnerez un temps précieux ensaisissant vos données personnelles directement dans le formulaire. Pour cela, déroulez le menu Outils,Machine à écrire, Machine à écrire. Placez exactement le point d'insertion (il ne va pas tout seul dansles champs de saisie car vous pouvez écrire n'importe où) et tapez votre texte. L'outil est sommaire : unefois le texte validé, vous ne pouvez que l'effacer, pas le modifier. De plus, la seule police de caractèresest Courier New.
OpenOffice Calc : utilisez les jokers dans les formules
Les caractères génériques (ou jokers), tel que .*, permettent de remplacer un ensemble de caractères, ycompris dans les cellules. Ainsi, pour compter toutes les cellules d'une zone qui contiennent le texte« ou » dans la zone A1:A5, il suffit de saisir =NB.SI(A1:A4;".*ou.*"). La formule=NB.SI(A1:A5;"ou.*"), elle, ne comptera que les cellules commençant par « ou ». Quant à=NB.SI(A1:A5;"ou.*"), elle ne prendra en compte que les cellules finissant par ces deux lettres. Notezque le . correspond au remplacement d'un seul caractère et que * correspond à la répétition duprécédent caractère (« . ») un nombre indéterminé de fois. Pour connaître toutes les façons d'utiliserces jokers, recherchez, dans l'aide, les termes « expressions régulières ».
Powerpoint 2003 : créez une diapo regroupant tous les titres
Vous souhaitez créer un sommaire et y regrouper les titres de tous les autres visuels : passez en modeTrieuse de diapositives. Sélectionnez toutes les diapositives par Ctrl + A. Pour créer la diapositiverésumée, appuyez sur Alt + Maj + S. Elle est alors ajoutée au début du diaporama.

How to Show or Hide All Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives in Windows 7
InformationThis will show you how to have all hidden files, folders, and drives to show or don't show in Windows 7.These are set to be hidden by default in Windows 7.
NoteWhen you have these hidden files, folders, and drives set to show, the icon shows as transparent toindicate that they are set as hidden.

OPTION ONE
Through Folder Options
NOTE: This option only affects the current user.1. Open Folder Options.

B) Click on the Apply button.

Command Prompt Keyboard Shortcuts F1 or Right Arrow Auto fills characters from previously ran command one by one in the
current command prompt session F2 Copies characters from previously ran command in the current command prompt session
F3 Repeats running the last command ran in the current command prompt session
F5 or Up/Down Arrow Cycles through previously ran commands from command history in the current command prompt session
F7 Displays list of all previously ran commands in the numerical order that they were ran in from the current command prompt session. You can use the Up or Down arrow keys to cycle though them, and press Enter to run the selected command.
F8 Auto fills matching command name from previously ran command history in the current command prompt session when you type a charater and press F8. Continuing to press F8 will allow you to cycle through all matching names.
F9 When pressed, this will ask you to "Enter command number". Type in the command number from the order it was ran (F7 to see number) in and press Enter to run the command.

Tab Auto fills matching file or folder names in current directory when you type a charater
