• Le CIM-10 est une classification médicale codifiée classifiant les

maladies et une très vaste variété de signes, symptômes, lésions

traumatiques, empoisonnements, circonstances sociales et

causes externes de blessures ou de maladies.

• Actuellement, la codification est faite par le personnel administratif

des hopitaux plusieurs mois après la décharge du patient.

Avantages: •La codification se fait en quelques secondes, réduisant le temps passé par les employés sur ce type de tâche. •De nouvelles codifications ont été découvertes resultant à de nouvelles sources de financements. •Meilleure vue sur les données cliniques pour la recherche et le benchmarking.

système de surveillance à distance pour soutenir les

patients atteints de la maladie de Parkinson:

Système de capteurs, d'appareils mobiles et

d'apprentissage automatique pour fournir aux

médecins et aux chercheurs des informations sur les

symptômes de la maladie en temps réel et en

permanence.

Le but ultime est d'obtenir une meilleure compréhension

de la progression de la maladie d'un patient et de la

The Centre and Prof. Dr. Jürgen Schäfer, a leading

expert in rare diseases are contacted yearly by a large

amount of patients with year-long medical histories,

including thousands of medical documents. The care

providers are overwhelmed, not only by the large

number of patients, but also by the huge amount of data

to be reviewed.

The transformation

The Rhön-Klinikum will pilot a Watson-powered

cognitive assistance system at the University Hospital

Marburg. The system will be used to facilitate the
