Faltwand aus Stahl thermischgetrennt. Die neue Janisol-Faltwand kannsowohl als Raumteiler als auch fürAussenanlagen genutzt werden.Flexibel einsetzbar – wahlweise nachinnen oder aussen öffnend – bietet das Janisol-Faltwandsystem unter-schiedlichste Gestaltungs- und Kon-struktionsvarianten.

Ein abgestimmtes Beschläge- undZubehörsortiment sichert einwandfreieFunktion und leichtgängige, geräusch-arme Bedienung. Für den Schwellen-bereich stehen unterschiedlicheAusführungen zur Verfügung. Je nachFaltwandgrösse und Beanspruchungsind Profile neu mit 25 oder 50 mmKörperbreite einsetzbar.

Die Tragfähigkeit der oberenLaufwerke beträgt bis zu 200 kg, wasFlügelgewichte bis zu 100 kg erlaubt.

La nouvelle porte repliable Janisolpeut être utilisée comme séparationou pour des installations extérieures.Emploi flexible, ouvrant vers l'intérieurou l'extérieur, le système de porterepliable Janisol offre diverses variantes d'aménagement et de con-struction.

Un assortiment de ferrures et d'accessoires assortis assure une parfaite fonction et une commandeaisée et silencieuse. Différentsmodèles sont disponibles pour leseuil. Suivant la dimension de la porterepliable et la sollicitation, des profilésde 25 ou 50 mm de largeur sont désormais utilisables.

La force portante des mécanismes deroulement supérieurs atteint jusqu'à200 kg, ce qui permet des poids devantail jusqu'à 100 kg.

Steel folding wall – thermally broken. The new Janisol folding wall can be used as a room divider and in outside areas. Flexible in use, and either inward or outward-opening, the Jansen folding wall system offers the most diverse design andconstruction options.

A compatible range of fittings and accessories ensures proper, smoothand quiet operation. A range of designs is available for the threshold.Depending on the size of the foldingwall and loading, profiles with a facewidth of 25 mm or 50 mm can now be used.

The load-bearing capacity of the top running gear is up to 200 kg, whichpermits leaf weights of up to 100 kg.

Hinweis:Bezüglich Festlegung der AnzahlBänder bei Faltwänden sind verschie-denste Faktoren und Einflüsse zubeachten:

– Einbausituation am Bau– Elementkonfiguration (z.B. Faltflügel mit/ohne Sprossen)

– Flügelbreite und Flügelgewicht– Exponiertheit bezüglich Winddruck, Schlagregen, mechanische Beanspruchung, etc.

– Anforderungen betreffend Wind- und Schlagregendichtheit

– Anforderungen betreffend Einbruch, Schallschutz, etc.

Aus diesem Grund kann betreffendAnzahl einzusetzender Bänder keineallgemein gültige Aussage gemachtwerden. Die nachfolgenden Angabengelten als Richtwerte für Anlagen miteiner mittleren Beanspruchung.

A noter:Pour déterminer le nombre de charnières sur les portes repliables, il convient de prendre en compte lesfacteurs et influences les plus divers:

– situation du montage sur la construction

– configuration de l’élément (p.ex. vantail repliable avec/sans croisillons)

– largeur et poids des vantaux– exposition à la pression du vent, à la pluie battante, contraintes mécaniques, etc.

– exigences d’étanchéité au vent et à la pluie battante

– exigences de résistance à l’effraction, d’isolation acoustique, etc.

C’est pourquoi on ne peut donner aucune règle applicable dans tous les cas concernant le nombre de charnières à utiliser. Les données ci-dessous sont des valeurs indica-tives applicables à des installations soumises à des contraintes moyennes.

Allgemeine MontagehinweiseBei der Janisol-Faltwandkonstruktionmit oben angeordneten Lauf- resp.Tragrollen ist darauf zu achten, dassdie bauseitige Sturzausbildung statischausreichend dimensioniert ist. In die-sem Bereich darf keine oder zumindestnur eine sehr geringe Durchbiegungtoleriert werden.

General instructions for installationFor the Janisol folding wall construction with track / support rollers at the top, ensure that the lintel has adequate structural dimensions. No, or at least only minimal, deflection can be tolerated in this area.

on the size of the folding wall, the load, the installation location, etc.

– Track in leaf stack area, approx. 200 - 300 mm

– Fix using screws e.g. with heavyweight anchor, frame anchor or concrete screws.

Aucune flèche ou toutau moins une très petite doit êtretolérée dans cette zone.

Intervalles entre les points de fixation– Suivant la taille de la porte repliable,

la charge, le lieu d'installation etc. en général 700 mm

– Glissière dans la zone de stockage des vantaux env. 200 - 300 mm

– La fixation s'effectue par vissage, par ex. avec des chevilles d'ancrage pour charge lourde, goujons d'ancrage ou vis pour béton.

Montage-Reihenfolge

1. Faltwandrahmen aufstellen und provisorisch sichern resp. fixieren.

2. Blendrahmen-Oberteil mit Laufschiene exakt waagrecht ausrichten und provisorisch befestigen.

3. Rahmen-Seitenteile links und rechts exakt senkrecht ausrichten und provisorisch befestigen. Wichtig: Unbedingt darauf achten, dass der Rahmenoberteil mit Laufschiene und die Rahmen- Seitenteile zueinander genau im rechten Winkel (90°) angeordnet sind.

4. Rahmen-Unterteil resp. Schwellenprofil waagrecht ausrichten und provisorisch befestigen.

5. Faltflügel einhängen und beim Laufwerk resp. Tragband oben mit Aufhängebolzen die richtige Höhe einstellen.

6. Funktionskontrolle durch mehrmaliges Öffnen und Schliessen der Faltflügel.

7. Feinjustierung vornehmen. Wichtig: Unbedingt darauf achten, dass beim Öffnungs- und Schliessvorgang keinerlei Spannungen oder Zwängungen festzustellen sind.

8. Befestigungen definitiv ausführen resp. Schrauben satt anziehen.

9. Glaselemente einsetzen.

Installation sequence

1. Install the folding wall frame and temporarily secure / fix in place.

2. Align the outer frame top section with track exactly horizontal and temporarily fix in place.

3. Align the frame side sections on the left and right exactly horizontal and temporarily fix in place. Important: It must be ensured that the frame top section with track and the frame side sections are aligned exactly at right angles to each other

4. Horizontally align the frame bottom section or threshold profile and temporarily fix in place.

5. Hook the folding leaf in place and set the correct height for the running gear or strap at the top using the suspension pins.

6. Check operation by opening and closing the folding leaves several times.

7. Make fine adjustment. Important: It must be ensured that there is no stress or tension during opening or closing.

8. Firmly secure the fixings in place and/or tighten the screws

9. Insert the glass units.

Ordre du montage

1. Mettre le cadre de la porte repliable en place et le sécuriser ou le fixer provisoirement.

2. Aligner parfaitement la partie supérieure du cadre dormant avec glissière à l'horizontale et le fixer provisoirement.

3. Aligner parfaitement les pièces latérales gauche et droite du cadre à la verticale et fixer provisoirement. Important: veiller impérativement à ce que la partie supérieure du cadre dormant avec glissière et les pièces latérales du cadre se trouvent exactement à angle droit (90°).

4. Aligner la partie inférieure du cadre et le profilé de seuil à l'horizontale et fixer provisoirement.

5. Accrocher le vantail repliable et régler le chariot et la charnière porteuse à la bonne hauteur en haut avec l'axe de suspension.

6. Contrôle du fonctionnement en ouvrant et fermant le vantail repliable plusieurs fois.

7. Procéder à l'ajustement de précision. Important: veiller impérativement à ne percevoir aucune tension ni forçage lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture.

8. Procéder aux fixations définitives, bien serrer les vis.

9. Mettre les éléments de vitrage en place.
