NO COMPRESSED AIR The Astec designed pre-filming fuel nozzle utilizes the combustion air from the high-pressure blower to atomize fuel. This eliminates the need for com-pressed air at the burner, and helps increase nozzle life.

RELIABILITY Each burner is also thoroughly tested before leav-ing the Astec burner facility to make start-up at your facility as fast as possible. For the most reliable oil light-off, even under cold and harsh conditions, the Fury burner is supplied with Astec’s exclusive heat tracing and insulation system.

FONCTIONNEMENT ET ENTRETIEN FACILESLes temps d’arrêt et d’entretien sont théoriquement éliminés par la conception soignée du brûleur Whisper Jet. Le brûleur Whisper Jet utilise des composants de la plus haute qualité qui ont fait leurs preuves. Chaque brûleur est également entièrement testé avant de sortir de l’usine Astec afin de garantir un démarrage aussi rapide que possible une fois à votre installation. Pour un amorçage plus sûr du combustible, même dans les conditions les plus difficiles et les plus froides, le Whisper Jet est fourni avec le système d’isolation et de chauffage par traçage exclusif d’Astec.

ÉMISSIONS DE COMBUSTION ET SONORES RÉDUITESLe Whisper Jet utilise une technologie brevetée unique pour brûler proprement et efficacement. Fidèle à son nom, le Whisper Jet est conçu et équipé pour réduire les bruits du brûleur par rapport aux brûleurs des concurrents.

COMBUSTION EFFICACELa clé de la combustion efficace du Whisper Jet réside dans son tourbillon rapide d’air riche en énergie. La flamme et le tourbillon d’air sont créés par des aubes fixes internes rotatives et par la conception brevetée de son nez à canaux, anneau et gicleur.
