Feiyue, en chinois, signifie littéralement "voler, traverser", d'où le slogan "Flying Forward".
La basket Feiyue est née dans les années 20 à Shanghai. Cette petite chaussure en toile légère a guidé les pas de toutes les classes sociales, et a traversé les continents pour débarquer en France en 2006.
Sans rien perdre de son charme vintage et authentique, la petite chaussure en toile légère, connaît alors une série de transformations. En douceur, ses codes évoluent, se métissant d'influences françaises et internationales.
Un travail important est mené sur les standards de qualité : forme originelle entièrement revue, matériaux choisis avec le plus grand soin, pour obtenir une chaussure alliant esthétique et robustesse. Au terme de ces changements, la toute première collection est lancée en France, en février 2006. Depuis, Feiyue connaît un grand nombre de variantes et reste en constante évolution.
Des modèles novateurs voient donc sans cesse le jour, mettant en avant de nouvelles couleurs et de nouvelles matières.
In Chinese, Feiyue literally means “Flying Forward”.
This lightweight canvas plimsoll first hit the streets of Shanghai in the 1920s, bringing together all walks of life, from workers to politicians. Feiyue crossed the borders and arrived in France in 2006.
Without losing any of its authentic vintage charm, this lightweight canvas shoe then underwent a series of transformations. Its DNA gradually evolved, combining French and international influences.
Considerable work has been conducted on improving quality standards: with a complete revision of the original form and more carefully selected materials, the resulting shoe combines aesthetics with durability. With these modifications complete, the very first collection was launched in France in February 2006. Since then, Feiyue has seen many different varieties and is constantly changing.
Innovative models are thus constantly appearing, sporting new colors and new materials.
