EUROTEC è la società consortile con sede a Savigliano (CN) in Piemonte, Nord Italia, costituita nel 1996 con l’intento di realizzare opere edili e infrastrutture, reti di distribuzione gas, acqua, elettricità e realizzazione di infrastrutture per le telecomunicazioni (rame, fibra ottica).

La filosofia del gruppo mira a valorizzare la multifunzionalità delle competenze artigianali presenti nel gruppo stesso, unendo alla professionalità dal personale, il supporto tecnico, organizzativo e finanziario della società consortile.

EUROTEC is a consortium based in Savigliano (CN) in Piedmont, Northern Italy, founded in 1996 with the intention of realising building and infrastructure works, gas, water and electricity distribution networks and construction of telecommunications infrastructures (copper, optic fibre).

The philosophy of the group aims to enhance the multifunctional role of its own artisanal skills, combining the technical, organisational and financial support of the consortium with the professionalism of its staff.

The strength of the consortium is found in the cohesion and complementarity of the services offered, able to qualify EUROTEC as one of the emerging enterprises in the national and international civil, industrial and urban construction panorama.

EUROTEC est un consortium dont le siège est à Savigliano (CN) dans le Piémont, en Italie du nord. Il s’est constitué en 1996 dans le but de construire des bâtiments et des infrastructures : réseaux de distribution de gaz, d’eau, d’électricité et télécommunications (cuivre et fibre optique).

In Francia, EUROTEC interviene nel settore degli appalti privati e pubblici per la realizzazione di scavi, posa cavidotti HTA (alta tensione) e BT (bassa tensione), opere nel settore dell’edilizia urbana, attraverso la consorziata EUROTEC FRANCE con sede a Le Luc, nel dipartimento del Varo della regione Provenza-Alpi-Costa Azzurra.

In particolare, la struttura è organizzata per fare acquedotti, fognature, asfalti, illuminazione pubblica, aree verdi, edilizia privata, lavori per telefonia e telecomunicazioni (fibra ottica, ponti radio).

La dotazione di cassoni riscaldati permette di lavorare a lunghe distanze dagli impianti, di notte, eseguendo interventi di urgenza di sabato, domenica e festivi, in quanto i cassoni mantengono in temperatura l’asfalto per 48 ore. Fra le attrezzature è disponibile un disco taglia roccia in grado di eseguire scavi su terreni molto consistenti.C’è infine la possibilità di fare attraversamenti con spingi-tubo fino a un diametro di 1200 mm; aspetto questo particolarmente utile per non essere invasivi su strade e autostrade molto trafficate (metodo no dig).

1. EDILIZIA CIVILE,INDUSTRIALE, PUBBLICA

In France, EUROTEC intervenes in the private and public contract sector for the realisation of excavations, laying HTA (high voltage) and LV (low voltage) cable ducts, works in the urban construction sector, through EUROTEC FRANCE based in Le Luc, in the Varo department of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur.

In particular, the structure is organised to create aqueducts, sewers, asphalting, street lighting, green areas, private buildings, telephony and telecommunication works (fibre optics, radio links).

The allocation of heated containers allows for work to be carried out at long distances from the plant, at night and when executing emergency interventions on weekends and public holidays, as the containers retain the temperature of the asphalt for 48 hours.An oscillating disk cutter, able to perform very substantial excavations on land, is among the equipment provided. Finally, there is the possibility to make crossings with push tubes up to 1200 mm in diameter; something which is particularly useful as it is a non-invasive method for application on busy roads and motorways (no-dig method).

Nous sommes également équipés pour poser des conduites pouvant aller jusqu’à 1200 mm de diamètre par la méthode < sans excavation > très utile pour intervenir sur les routes et autoroutes sans interrompre le trafic.

Le personnel affecté aux ouvrages civils et aux excavations dispose du meilleur outillage, tel que des excavatrices spécialisées dans la création de mini tranchées. Les techniciens spécialisés utilisent les meilleurs instruments existant sur le marché tel que le testeur portatif multifonctions petites mesures pour ADSL.GD Telecomunicazioni, siège opérationnel d’EUROTEC pour les télécommunications, se trouve à Pianezza (TO). Il emploie 140 salariés répartis en 6 divisions :

1°) DELIVERY Il gruppo di tecnici specializzati segue le installazioni, manutenzioni, riparazioni delle linee telefoniche e delle reti in rame per conto dei principali operatori telefonici nazionali; l’attività è in forte espansione.

2°) RETI IN RAMELa divisione dedicata alle reti in rame provvede agli scavi, alle giunzioni, alla posa e manutenzione delle reti, sia sotto terra che con palificazioni esterne, seguendo la geo localizzazione delle centrali e delle dorsali fino agli attacchi all’interno degli edifici.

3°) FIBRA OTTICA Il personale di questa divisione si occupa di posa, giunzioni e manutenzione della fibra ottica con la gestione per conto di Telecom dei progetti: FTTCAB (fibre to the cabinet) che prevede la sostituzione del cavo in rame con la fibra ottica della centrale all’armadio stradale (RL reparto linea); e l’avveniristico FTTH (fibre to the home), destinato a portare la fibra ottica direttamente nelle abitazioni, per un futuro di grandi innovazioni nella telefonia e trasmissione dati verso gli utenti finali.


1) DELIVERYThe group of specialists follows the installation, maintenance, repair of telephone lines and copper networks on behalf of the major national telephone operators; the business is booming.

2) COPPER NETWORKS The division dedicated to copper networks deals with excavations, joints, installation and maintenance of networks, both for underground and external piling work, following the geo location of power plants and backbones up to the connections inside buildings.

3) FIBRE OPTICSThe staff of this division is responsible for laying joining and maintenance of fibre optics with the account management on behalf of Telecom projects: FTTCab (fibre to the cabinet) that provides for the replacement of copper cable with fibre optic central road cabinets (RL department line); and the futuristic FTTH (fibre to the home), intended to bring fibre optics directly into the home, for a future of great innovations in telephony and data transmission for its end users.


1°) DELIVERYL’équipe de techniciens spécialisés suit les installations, entretien, réparation des lignes téléphoniques et des réseaux en laiton pour le compte des principaux opérateurs téléphoniques nationaux ; cette activité est en forte expansion.

2°) RESEAUX EN CUIVRELe département responsable des réseaux en laiton procède aux excavations, aux raccordements, à la pose et à la manutention des réseaux, qu’ils soient souterrains ou externes en fonction de la géolocalisation des centrales jusqu’aux raccordements à l’intérieur des bâtiments.

3°) FIBRE OPTIQUELe personnel de cette division gère la pose, les jonctions et la manutention de la fibre optique pour le compte de Telecom en ce qui concerne les projets : FTTCAB (fibre jusqu’à l’armoire) qui prévoit le remplacement des câbles en laiton par la fibre optique à partir de la centrale jusqu’à l’armoire de secteur RL ; et le FTTH (fibre jusqu’au domicile), destiné à conduire la fibre optique jusqu’aux immeubles dans la perspective de grandes inovations futures en téléphonie et transmission de données vers l’utilisateur terminal.

4°) RADIO MOBILELa divisione Radio Mobile realizza per conto Telecom Italia e Vodafone Omnitel NV:• Ricerca siti, progettazione, realizzazione edile (compresa la posa dei micropali), rinforzo pali esistenti, carpenteria, impianti elettrici e di messa a terra, sistemi radianti e ponti radio per stazioni radio base, per telefonia mobile, compreso lo smantellamento di stazioni radio base esistenti;• Installation & Commissioning GSM DCS UMTS LTE;• Manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie (edile, elettrico e carpenteria).Al termine delle opere sopra indicate, EUROTEC certifica gli impianti elettrici e la messa a terra come da prescrizione della D.L. (Direzione Lavori).

5°) APPARATILa posa della fibra ottica presuppone l’installazione degli apparati con realizzazioni di grosse dorsali ad anello. Gli apparati utilizzati da GD Telecomunicazioni sono: • il WDM moltiplicatore o demoltiplicatore ottico che trasmette diversi segnali sulla banda di frequenza della fibra ottica; • il tipo ADM che ha la stessa funzione del WDM ma che gestisce segnali ottici o elettrici di portata inferiore; • il tipo D.SLAM che fornisce il segnale ADSL per internet SHDSL.


4) RADIO MOBILEThe Radio Mobile division acts on behalf of Telecom Italia and Vodafone Omnitel NV with regard to: • Location searches, planning, construction (including the laying of micropiles), reinforcement of existing piles, carpentry, electrical and earthing systems, radiant systems and radio links for base stations and for mobile telephony, including the dismantling of existing base stations;• Installation & Commissioning GSM DCS UMTS LTE;• Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance (construction, electrical and carpentry).Upon termination of the tasks listed above, EUROTEC certifies the electrical and earthing systems according to the specifications of the PM. (Project Manager).

5) EQUIPMENTLaying optical fibre requires the installation of the equipment with the realisation of large ring of backbones. The devices used by GD Telecommunications are:• the multiplier or WDM optical demultiplexer which transmits different signals on the frequency band of the optical fibre;• the ADM type that has the same function of the WDM but manages optical or electrical signals that flow less;• the D.SLAM type that provides the ADSL signal for SHDSL internet.


4°) RADIO MOBILELa division Radio Mobile fabrique pour le compte de Telecom Italia et de Vodafone Omnitel NV :• Les sites de recherche, la conception, la construction des bâtiments (y compris l’installation de micropieux), le renforcement des pôles existants, la menuiserie, les installations électriques et de mise à la terre, les systèmes d’antennes et les faisceaux hertziens pour les stations radio de base, pour la téléphonie mobile, y compris le démantèlement des stations radio de base existantes ;• Installation et mise en service GSM DCS UMTS LTE ;• Les travaux d’entretien ordinaires et extraordinaires (bâtiment, électricité et menuiserie).A la fin des travaux cités ci-dessus, EUROTEC certifie les installations électriques et la mise à la terre conformément à la prescription de la DL. 5°) APPAREILLAGESLa pose de la fibre optique présuppose l’installation des appareillages avec la réalisation de grosses dorsales en anneau. Les appareils utilisés par GD Telecomunicazioni sont : • le WDM multiplicateur ou convertisseur optique qui transmet divers signaux sur la bande de fréquence de la fibre optique ;• le type ADM qui a la même fonction que le WDM mais qui gère des signaux optiques ou électriques de portée inférieure ; • le type D.SLAM qui fournit le signal ADSL pour Internet SHDSL.

6°) PROGETTI SPECIALII progetti speciali consistono nel cablaggio di reti in rame e fibra ottica per medie e grandi aziende che abbiano filiali in diverse aree geografiche, e prevedono l’installazione di reti HDSL, SDSL, ADSL in grado di collegare tutte le filiali con la sede e realizzare grandi reti informatiche (switch, router, firewall, ecc.), con utilizzo di apparati tipo CISCO, HUAWEI, TIESSE IMOLA, JUNIPER, AETHRA, TECNICOLOR.

Questa divisione ha anche l’incarico per lo sviluppo dei progetti in tecnologia VOIP (telefonia collegata con internet).


6) SPECIAL PROJECTSSpecial projects consist in the wiring of copper networks and fibre optics for medium and large-sized companies that have branches in different geographical areas, and provisions for the installation of HDSL, SDSL, ADSL networks which is able to link all of the branches with the headquarters and the realisation of large computer networks (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), with the use of devices like CISCO, HUAWEI, TIESSE IMOLA, JUNIPER, AETHRA, TECNICOLOR.

This division is also in charge for the development of projects in VOIP (telephone connected via the Internet).


6°) PROJETS SPECIAUXLes projets spéciaux consistent en un cablage de réseaux en laiton et fibre optique pour de moyennes et grandes entreprises qui ont des filiales dans plusieurs zones géographiques. De la sorte, elles envisagent l’installation de réseaux HDSL, SDSL, ADSL à même de relier toutes les filiales au siège. C’est ainsi que se crée un grand réseau informatique (interrupteur, routeur, antivirus, etc.), à l’aide d’appareils de type CISCO, HUAWEI, TIESSE IMOLA, JUNIPER, AETHRA, TECNICOLOR.

Cette division est également chargée du développement des projets en technique VOIP (téléphonie par Internet).

EUROTEC è in grado di produrre e installare strutture di fila EU 2009/NGAN per centrali telefoniche e raccordi in fibra ottica.

Queste strutture sono utilizzate per i nuovi apparati di trasmissione telefonici (ADSL) di ultima generazione che necessitano di una potenza maggiore rispetto a quelli di usuale utilizzo (ULL).

Sono impiegate per gli apparati telefonici potenziati per la rete a Fibra Ottica NGAN nelle Centrali Telefoniche TELECOMITALIA E WIND BT.


EUROTEC is able to produce and install structures of EU 2009/NGAN rows for telephone exchanges and optical fibre connections.

These structures are used for new generationtelephonic transmission devices (ADSL) of the latest generation which require a higher power than those of usual use (ULL).

They are used for telephone equipment which is upgraded for the fibre optic NGAN network in the TELECOMITALIA and WIND BT operation centres.


EUROTEC est à même de produire et d’installer les raccord en fibre optique et le câble EU 2009/NGAN pour les centrals téléphoniques.

Ces structures sont utilisées pour les nouveaux appareils de transmission téléphonique (ADSL) de la dernière génération qui nécessitent une puissance supérieure comparés à ceux d’usage courant (ULL).

EUROTEC opera nel settore delle costruzioni e manutenzione delle stazioni di servizio per la distribuzione di carburante attraverso l’esperienza maturata dal proprio personale nel corso degli anni dal 1992 al 2015.

La divisione dedicata a questo settore conta otto persone: un tecnico commerciale, sei tecnici operativi organizzati in due squadre che seguono la parte idraulica, più un tecnico specializzato nella parte elettrica.

L’intervento consiste nello scavo del manto stradale, demolizione del muro di separazione fra la strada e il deposito e nella costruzione del varco di accesso al deposito di stockaggio e raffineria del carburante.

EUROTEC is undertaking an important contract for the enhancement of the TotalErg deposit at 98 Stalingrad Street, in Savona.

The intervention consists in the excavation of the road surface, demolition of the wall that separates the road and the deposit and construction of an access point to the fuel storage and refinery deposit.

Per la gestione della movimentazione a terra, EUROTEC ha al proprio attivo una flotta di camion della divisione MASTER Trasporti, che può organizzare i lavori per la movimentazione degli inerti a partire dai cantieri dove avvengono gli scavi.

Questo servizio di trasporto su gomma è a disposizione anche delle aziende ed enti pubblici che necessitano di interventi con mezzi gommati di grande dimensione, o che richiedono lo spostamento di strutture e oggetti ingombranti.

For the management of ground handling, EUROTEC has a fleet of trucks from the MASTER Transport division at its disposal, that can organise works for the movement of aggregates from the sites where excavations take place.

This service of road transport is also available to businesses and government agencies that need to work with large wheeled vehicles, or that require the relocation of structures and bulky items.

Dal 2013 EUROTEC gestisce direttamente le Centrali di teleriscaldamento di Castellamone (TO) e di Rivarolo Canavese (TO) fornendo il servizio di riscaldamento a più di 2.000 famiglie e 50 clienti istituzionali.

Le emissioni nulle di anidride carbonica, l’utilizzo di cippato di legno con conseguenti interventi salutari per l’assetto idrogeologico del territorio e la possibilità di contenere i costi fanno del teleriscaldamento un’energia rinnovabile fra le più interessanti per il futuro.

EUROTEC produce energia da fonti rinnovabili e anche commercializza il cippato ottenuto con le attività di disboscamento.

Centrale ASA di Castellamonte (TO)

Since 2013 EUROTEC managed the Central district heating in Castellamone (TO) and Rivarolo Canavese (TO), providing the heating service to more than 2,000 families and 50 institutional clients.

The zero emissions of carbon dioxide, the use of wood chips bringing health interventions for the hydrogeology of the territory and the opportunity to contain costs, make the district heating a renewable energy, one of the most interesting for the future.

EUROTEC produces energy from renewable sources and also sells wood chips obtained from the logging activities.
