Données probantes sur les impacts négatifs des barrières linguistiques sur : – l’accès aux services de santé, – la satisfaction et
l’expérience des patients/usagers
– l’équité entre les soins reçus par les patients qui maîtrisent bien l’anglais et ceux reçus par les personnes qui doivent composer avec des barrières linguistiques.
