REPAYMENT TO BAML INVESTORS

BAML investors are hereby informed that amounts outstanding on theirinvestments will be repaid as from Wednesday 29 June 2016 in one lumpsum, instead of 5 annual installments after the agreed applicable

deduction.

A further communiqu will be issued with regards to the payment sites.

REPAYMENT TO SCBG POLICYHOLDERS WITH

TOTAL POLICIES OF RS 1 MILLION AND ABOVE

SCBG policyholders with policies of Rs 1 million and above will be paid:

75% of total capital invested (without ANY deduction of bonus received)HALF immediately in cash and HALF by zero coupon RedeemablePreference Shares of NPFL, maturing on 30 June 2019. These shares may beused as collateral for bank loan (if required) prior to the maturity date.

Alternatively policyholders who may still elect to receive 20% of capital (afterdeducting bonus received) over 5 years, should inform NPFL by latestWednesday 29 June 2016.

Proof of identity is required.
