    The IB CAS Programme has been an amazing journey for me, and Iam very happy to have got the opportunity to experience this highymotivating and deveoping tas!" #y CAS experiences have had a bigpositive infuence on my ife, and they have made me a more $e%rounded individua" I fee that the activities I have been invoved incontributed to the shaping of my personaity, becoming a more sef%a$are and more motivated individua"Important factors that are expected in an IB student &to underta!ene$ chaenges, initiate activities, $or! coaborativey, sho$perseverance and commitment, engage in issues of gobaimportance, consider ethica impications of their actions, be a$areof their o$n strengths and areas for gro$th, and deveop ne$ s!is'are characteristics that I fee as present in me than!s to CAS andthe activities I(ve been invoved in"

    Before the CAS programme and the C)*ATI+IT section in it, I $oudnever reay consider my piano%paying as something that can beused as a sociaizing%too or exchange of joy and musica aspects" I$oud a$ays see my piano paying as an individua engagement" It$as not unti I entered the CAS programme that I got encouraged touse my passion in a more creative $ay" -espite paying the piano to

    improve my s!is, I decided to go out $ith my music and pay forothers vountary" I began paying at schoo events, nursery homes,churches and ibraries" This $as an amazing experience, becausethere $as an exchange of joy % the isteners truy appreciatedistening to ive music, and I $oud be extremey happy $hen they$oud come up to me and than! me for paying" .nti this CASexperience I did not !no$ that I had the courage and s!i to performfor others, but the more I payed vountary for others the more Ireaized ho$ much I enjoy doing it" Aso, students $oud come up tome in schoo as!ing me $hether I coud give them some pianoessons, and I did so vountary $ith a great peasure" Athough I had

    never tried teaching ho$ to pay the piano before and found it /uitechaenging and difficut at times, eventuay I gained experienceand fet comfortabe $ith something I never $oud have it if it $asn0tbecause of the CAS Programme % namey sharing my !no$edgeabout piano paying to others by giving them free essons" I asobecame a$are of the fact that I $as good at teaching, according tomy 1ne$ students2, $hich $as a very peasant surprise for me"In addition, after a $hie I aso joined a roc! band $here the resut$i be to pay on a musica in 3une 4567" This $as a chaenge forme because I had ony payed cassica music before and so I havereay stretched out my stye in the paying and earned extremeymuch" I aso $or!ed for the first time in a group $hen paying the

    visiting my mother in S$eden, I $oud meet up $ith him reguaryand teach him a sport that is very common in the region in $hich heives" Athough the motif of the encounter $as going sno$boarding, Ifee that $e both got so much more out of this experience" I $oudteach him some S$edish, and te him about the Scandinavian

    cuture, traditions etc" =e became good friends and $e havecontact unti today" This experience has reay made me reaize ho$much I enjoy heping others and that by giving joy to others> Ireceive the same amount of joy bac!" I aso got to practise some!ind of eader and teacher s!is, $hich is very good to !no$ for thefuture"Another thing I did $as participating in coecting in money for thecharity organization 1Save the Chidren1, $here me and somepeope $ere coecting money that $oud be donated to hepchidren in Bangadesh" I got to experience charity $or! $hich I truyenjoyed, and aso ho$ to approach strangers on the streets andcreate a contact $ith them" This $as sometimes difficut, as notevery stranger $as positive to$ards us" ;o$ever, being in a groupreay heped, because $e coud encourage each other to not oosemotivation" This is an activity that I $i never forget and that I havegot very much out of" ;ad it not been the CAS program, I $oudprobaby not have tried this at a, and I can see today ho$ muchthat $oud be considered a oss"

    In concusion, the CAS program has been extremey enriching,teaching me not ony about mysef and my strengths and
