Each entry should be on separate online entry form. The submission must have high resolution digital image of entry (jpeg format, minimum 300 dpi and not exceeding 3 MB).The digital image file name should be the title of painting. The painting images should not be retouched and NO OTHER DETAILS should appear on it. 5. Professionals must attach soft copy of their biodata & Students must submit scanned copy of valid Identity Card of institute or letter from the artist from whom they are learning. 6. All entries sent for the contest must be bona fide works of the artists and executed in the year 2019. 7. After the last date of submission all the zonal judging would be conducted for all the zones. 8. The Zonal winners would be awarded with a Trophy and Certificate along with art material worth ` 10,000/- (for students) or Cash Prize of ` 20,000/- (Professional). 9. They would have to submit the portfolio showing their journey as an artist along with the scans of PAN as well as Aadhar Card and a valid passport. 10. For international winners the award amount would be converted in their local currency and rounded up in nearest 10s. 11. A Grand Jury would select the World Art Expedition Tour Winners out of the Zonal winners on the basis of the portfolios. If required they may also interview the candidates on phone or Skype. 12. We might inspect / verify the winning paintings or decide to conduct an on ground exhibition of the entries winning at Zonal level, and the winners would be expected to facilitate it. 13. The Zonal and Grand Jury results would also be published on the website and the winners will get the information through a mail from the Foundation. 14. World Art Expedition Tour will be for 7 - 10 days to any art centric location during May to July 2020. Trophy and certificate will be hand delivered / couriered to National Winners in 2020. This award is not encashable or transferable. 15. The entries selected for final judging will be exhibited ONLINE and offered for sale unless otherwise mentioned by the artist in the entry form. 16. Participants not able to provide passport scanned copy with the Portfolio will not be considered for World Art Expedition Tour Selection. Terms and Conditions The participant hereby agrees that Camel Art Foundation shall have the right to use / reproduce any of the participated works in any of their publications / products / activities. Respective artist will be mentioned and no remuneration in either cash or kind will be given. The participants understand that their work shall be in public domain and the entrants / participants shall at no point of time hold Camel Art Foundation responsible for any third party infringement of their copyright Camel Art Foundation reserves the right to disqualify / reject any work if the jury considers it unworthy due to reasons including but not limited to number, quality, finesse, etc. Winner would be declared through fair competition and selection for participation is done only if the candidates abide by the rules and terms & conditions mentioned on our website and respective brochure. The role of Camel Art Foundation is of bridging the artist with the art gallery and Camel Art Foundation will have no role to play in the physical / online exhibition of the Paintings and the transaction between the artist and the said art gallery. Camel Art Foundation is a philanthropic endeavor of Kokuyo Camlin Limited which has been set up to promote the language of Art and also to encourage young professional artists. Camel Art Foundation shall not be responsible for any claims and/or damages from any artists/entrants/participants. All the awards and prizes would be subject to the taxes and levies applicable at the time and place of disbursement. In case of dispute and legal action is initiated, the case should be filed in Mumbai jurisdiction.
