• Bookings are highly recommended for all services.

• A credit card or a deposit is required to secure the booking

upon reservation.

• We recommend you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of

your booking (if you arrive late, the length of the appointment

will be shortened).

• Any cancellation or postponement of appointments that will

not be reported 24 hours in advance will be billed 50% of the

cost of the reserved treatment. Treatments cancelled less

than 12 hours in advance will be charged at full price of the

treatment.

however they are allowed to receive treatments provided if

they are accompanied by one of their parent.

• Pour respecter la quiétude des lieux, nous vous demandons

d’éteindre votre portable.

• Une douche est obligatoire avant d’utiliser les

aménagements du spa.

• Il est interdit de fumer ou de consommer de l’alcool au sein

du Spa.
