July 23 (week of) Undergraduate and graduate diplomas mailed to May 2018 graduates.

July 23 Last day to submit final thesis materials for August graduates with the Graduate School.

July 30 Final grade rosters for Summer Session 2018 available on My.IllinoisState.edu for all courses. Final grade submission informational email sent to faculty.

July 30 Incomplete grades for graduate students from previous terms must be completed and grade change forms submitted to Academic Records for August graduates.

August 10 Summer Session ends.

August 11 Degree granted date for Summer 2018 semester.

August 14 Grade and census processing for the Summer Session.

August 14 Summer Session 2018 final grades are due on My.IllinoisState.edu by noon.

August 16 Summer Session 2018 grades available on My.IllinoisState.edu at 2 p.m.

August 16 Begin final audit on August 2018 bachelor degree candidates.

August 17 Fall proficiency exams given in departments at 1 p.m.

August 19 Last day to withdraw from the University and receive a full adjustment of charges. Financial aid will be reduced.

August 20 Fall semester begins.

August 24 Last day for graduate students planning to receive a graduate degree in December to submit a degree audit and file an application for completion of degree.
