SVÍČKOVÁ – sirlion cream sauce made from carrot, root parsley and celery with dumplings

BUCHTY - This leavened cake is made from flour, yeast and eggs. It is mostly filled with sweet cottage cheese, poppy or plum butter.

TRDELNÍK – cake made from puff pastry and sprinkled with cinnamon.

GINGERBREADS – home made biscuits especially for Christmas or Easter

Czech speciality...

JITRNICE – white pudding, speciality made mostly in winter. It is from pork with spices.

BRAMBORÁK– potato pancake made from potatoes, garlic and flour.

SYREČKY – cheese with very very strong aroma (sometimes teribble aroma) but with delicious taste.
