Hello! My Name is Bryant Raditheo, and I consider myself as a designer, and I’m in my fourth year of study in Creative Advertising major at Binus University, Jakarta, Indonesia

My Interest is around Kawaii Illustration and Digital Imaging, and I try and learn to create a simple flat illustration only using a basic shape, And from that I can create many simple yet cute Illustration.

I also fond of Digital Imaging, having used Adobe Photoshop since I was 14 and once placed in fourth place of national poster design competition, I always use photoshop in almost daily basis in my days.

I try to create an interesting design that serves 3 purposes, Esthetic, Communication and Knowledge.

I’m so fascinated and really in love with world history, culture and geography, and how they’re connected with each other to create the society that we know today. My design mostly consist of historical figures, or world culture, and I’ve manage to create something out of my interests

Meet Ondepyon, the a loof, down to earth onde, I jomaru, a shy guy with a n ice attitude and his g i r l f r iend Daduchan, the fl irty g i r ly type and final ly Combros, the fat lazy combro.

This i s an unpubl ished sticker-pack I made for the L INE Apps. These characters i s actual ly based on street-snack that can be found eas i ly in any Indonesian food market . Ondepyon is based on Onde-Onde or known for i ts ch inese name is J ian Dui (煎䭔 ) . The green and p ink one based on Kue Mangkok or bowl cake and Combro is t raditional pastry made from Cassava.

Inspired by the tons of kawai i i l lustration of sushi , I thought “Why is i t only sushi that have a bunch of kawai i des igns? Why not other food? Maybe my country traditional food? ” and then I t ry to recreate and local ized into th is bunch of i l lustrations. I ’m not only made Indonesian street-snack i l lustration but a lso Chinese- Indonesian food that come from my root , and there’s some dutch- indonesian food too. Create only with bas ic shape, I manage to get a lmost 200 fo l lowers in my instagram by publ ish ing these i l lustration.

I guess I had a fondness for ancient mythologica l fo lk lore, So I created these l ittle ladies . These 14 Goddesses has their major ro le in the ancient days. I 've been th inking about what the world back then was l ike, and how each of the ancient c iv i l i zation has their own myth and fo lk loree. From Hawai i to China, and from Fin land to Egypt , every c iv i l i zation has their s imi lar i ty to each others . Why? I don't know, but i 'm sure the myth and the fo lk lore help the h istory to create the world as we a l l know today. Venture to the mythologica l wor ld f rom the ear ly c iv i l i zation!
