Afind’ouvrirunevoieversunecoopérationbénéfiqueetdanslerespectmutuel,avecpour but de développer et promouvoir la pratiqueduKaraté-Do JKA en France, uneréunion a eu lieu à Senlis le 11 mars 2016 entre l’association France JKA (FJKA),représentéesonprésident,M.FrédéricLoyer,etsonchefinstructeurM.DenisDouarre,d’une part, et l’association JKA World Federation France/Kawasoe Group(JKAWFF/KG), représentée par son président M. Ataroud Najafi, et son secrétairegénéral,M.MarcFeldis,d’autrepart. AassistéàcetteréunionM.LelandVandervort(secrétaire de la commission technique FJKA) agissant en qualité desecrétaire/facilitateur.Laréunionadébutéà21h00.Lorsdecetteréunion,ilaétéconvenuentrelespartiesunaccordcommunsurlespointsci-dessous.

1. La création d’un Comité National de Coordination (CNC) JKA pour la FrancecomposédeM.Loyer,M.Najafi,M.DouarreetM.Feldis.M.Vandervortassurerala coordinationentre laFranceet la JKAHQaunomduCNCetpour lesdeuxassociations, et toute liaison avec la JKA HQ pour les sujets couverts par cetaccordseferaaunomdupaysetnonpasdel’uneoul’autreassociationdanslepays.

2. L’organisation des stages nationaux et internationaux en France par les deuxparties sera coordonnée par le CNC, avec un calendrier commun. Afin defavoriserleséchangesentrepratiquantsetdepromouvoirlekaratéJKAauprèsdes pratiquants non-JKA, ces stages seront ouverts à tous les pratiquantslicenciés à la pratique du Karaté, quelque soit leur affiliation.

3. Les deux associations s’engagent à des communications cohérentes etcommunes pour but de promouvoir la pratique du karaté-do JKA, dans unrespect mutuel tout en gardant un esprit de coopération entre les deuxassociations.

4. Les invitations des instructeurs de la JKA à diriger des stages en France seferont en coordination avec le CNC. Le CNC s’occupera de la procédure dedemandeauprèsdelaJKApourlaFrance.Ilestconvenuquetouteactivitéavec

JKAWorldFederationFrance/KawasoeGroupInanefforttofindacommonbeneficialcooperationwithcompletemutualrespect,andin order todevelop andpromote thepractice of JKAKarate-Do in France, ameetingwas held in Senlis on 11 March 2016 between the associations France JKA (FJKA),represented by its president Mr. Frederic Loyer, and chief instructor Mr. DenisDouarre; and JKA World Federation France/Kawasoe Group (JKAWFF/KG),representedbyitspresidentMr.AtaroudNajafi,andgeneralsecretaryMr.MarcFeldis.Mr. Leland Vandervort (FJKA national technical commission secretary) was alsopresentactingasneutralsecretaryandfacilitator.Themeetingcommencedat21:00.Duringthismeeting,bothpartiesagreedmutuallyonthefollowingpointsandactions:

1. The creation of a JKA National Coordination Committee (NCC) for France,composedofMr.Loyer,Mr.Najafi,Mr.DouarreandMr.Feldis.Mr.Vandervortwill assure liaisonsbetween the twogroups, andwith JKAHQ for all subjectscovered by this agreement, for and on behalf of all JKA activities in France,rather than the individual association.

2. TheNCC,withcommonplanning/calendarswillcoordinatetheorganisationofnationalandinternationaltrainingcamps/seminarsinFrance.Inordertoopencollaborative exchange between practitioners and to promote JKA karate tonon-JKA member, these training camps will be open to all licenced karatepractitioners irrespective of their affiliation.

3. BothassociationagreetoajointandcoherentcommunicationinthepromotionofJKAkarate,whilemaintainingamutualrespectandcooperationbetweenthetwo associations.

4. Invitations for JKA instructors for seminars inFrance shallbe in coordinationwiththeNCC.TheNCCwillhandletheadministrativeproceduresinplacewiththe JKAonbehalfofFrance. It isalsoagreedthatallactivitiesorganisedwiththeinvitationofJKAinstructorsshallbeopentoalllicensedkaratepractitionersin order to further promote JKA karate.
