Copenhagen consists of a number of different city quarters, each of which has something special to of-fer. One can actually feel how the vibe and style changes when you move from one quarter to the next. This map will guide you around on:

Decades ago, people were proud to live in Vesterbro. And they still are.
A district with well known tra-ditions and secret hideaways. In this neighborhood, drinking, brawling, and trawling sleazy sex shops used to be the order of the day. Trams ruled the streets, and large, working class families survived from hand to mouth in small dark apartments.
In the last decade the neighbor-hood has undergone an extreme transformation. On the map
we’ve handpicked a great selec-tion of different places all close to our local heart. We’ve walked the streets to find the coolest local spots for you. This year’s Vesterbro map is filled with won-derful and cool restaurants, bars and nice shops with clothes, wellness products, interior and more. There is definitely some-thing for everyone. The neigh-borhood is a true food mecca – Greek, Italian, meat, vegetarian, modern, traditional, you name it!
Every neighborhood is dynamic, so we strive to show the diversi-ty and that’s why the map chang-es every year.
If you spend a day in Vesterbro, you won’t just find a great cup of coffee – you’ll find a world of un-forgettable experiences. The old buildings have stories to tell. The diversity is fascinating. A tour of "Little Paris" – and the sense of freshness and nostalgia it offers.
If you're travelling with kids, stop by the playground behind the big
wall on Shooting Range stre-et. It's a cool little gem
for the little ones.
Enghave plads has been through a huge makeover. Finaly it has its own metro
station. It's also going to be a cozy square with benches and trees.
Spend a few minuts here to enjoy the urban scenery - maybe with a cup of coffee or
an ice cream.

Chill out in this long oasis Sønder Boulevard that unfolds along the street and feel the true vibe of Vesterbro.
Jump in the harbor at The Wave of Kalvebodbrygge.
